Conditions for Danish Air Transport

In order to maintain the group price with the airline, the group must at all times consist of at least 10 people on the same flight.

Deadline for the submission of name lists:
– Within 32 days after the booking is confirmed

Remember that the name on the ticket must always be the same as the name on the passport!

Deadline for issuing tickets: 
– 32 days after the booking is confirmed

Changing travel details:
– Travel arrangements may be cancelled prior to ticketing
– Cancellations after ticketing: 100% of the cost will be charged
– Dates and times of travel can be changed for a fee of NOK 350 per person, per route
– Names can be changed at any time free of charge

Changes can only be made within Berg-Hansen Meetings & Events or the airline’s office hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00).

Luggage:
– 1 pc. hand luggage, max 8 kg (50x40x25 cm)
– 1 pc. checked luggage, max 23 kg

Exceptions could apply to the above points. Costs may be incurred in connection with changes and cancellations. Flight taxes may change between the time prices are quoted and the time tickets are issued. We reserve the right to invoice additional charges in respect of the above if applicable.
