Conditions for Norwegian (Sports)

To maintain the group price, the group must always consist of at least 10 people on the same departure.

Change of travel:
– Full refund 30 days prior to departure for travels in the Nordic
– Full refund 45 days prior to departure for travels in Europe
– From the time of booking, the group can be reduced by 10% up to 24 hours prior to departure without cost
– If the sports event is moved to a different date, you may change the flight booking to new dates. To do this your need to show documentation of the event change within 24 hours prior to departure. New tickets must be booked in accordance with capacity and price on new flights.
– 20% of the total number of seats can be cancelled until departure
– Name changes can be done latest 24 hours prior to departure. Berg-Hansen Meetings & Events charges kr 200,- in fees for name changes within the office hours (Monday – Friday at 08:00 – 16:00). Outside office hours, additional costs will incurre.

Deadline for the submission of name lists:
– 24 hours prior to departure

Names must be identical to passport!

Deadline for ticketing:
– Latest 24 hours prior to departure

Luggage:
– 2 bags á 23 kg / 50 lbs, maximum 158 cm (length + width + height)
– Hand luggage: 8 kg / 18 lbs. Maximum dimensions: 55 / 40 / 23 cm (22 / 16 / 9 in)

Exceptions could apply to the above points. Costs for changes and cancellations may apply.

Airline taxes may change from the time the offer is given until tickets are issued. We reserve the right to invoice additional charges in respect of the above if applicable.
